About AQA A Level Physics
The AQA A Level Physics exam (specification 7408) is made up of three two-hour written papers. AQA A Level Physics Paper 1 covers measurements, particles, waves, mechanics, materials, electricity and periodic motion. Paper 2 covers thermal physics, fields and nuclear physics. Paper 3 Section A tests practical skills and data analysis, and Section B tests your chosen option: Astrophysics, Medical Physics, Engineering Physics, Turning Points in Physics or Electronics.
