Your resources are ready. Here's how to use them.
Where to find your download, and how to set up Quizlet and Anki.
Finding your download
Your download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. It's worth saving the files somewhere easy to find before you set anything up.
-
Check your email
Look in the inbox you ordered with. If it isn't there, check your junk or spam folder.
-
Sign in to your account
Your StemUp account lists your digital purchases, so you can download them again at any time.
-
Check your Downloads folder
If you've downloaded before, the files may already be in your browser downloads or Files app.
Please don't forward your download email, share links or files, or upload them anywhere. If a friend wants to use StemUp, they'll need their own copy.
Quizlet
If your product includes Quizlet, your download contains a PDF with the link to the set.
-
Open the Quizlet PDF
Find the Quizlet access PDF in your download and open it.
-
Select the link
Quizlet will open in your browser or the Quizlet app.
-
Sign in if asked
Use your own Quizlet account, then carry on to the set.
Try a different PDF reader, or copy the link from the PDF and paste it into your browser.
Anki
Anki decks come as an .apkg file. It won't open like a normal document, so it needs importing into an Anki app.
-
Save the .apkg file
Put it somewhere easy to find, such as your Downloads folder or Files app.
-
Open your Anki app
Any app that can import .apkg decks will work.
-
Import the file
Choose Import, select the StemUp file and confirm. The deck then appears with your other decks.
Steps vary between apps. If there's no Import option, open the file from your Files app and use Open With or Share to send it to Anki.
Common questions
Why won't my .apkg file open?
It isn't meant to open on its own. Import it through an Anki app instead, as shown above.
Do I need to use both Quizlet and Anki?
No. If your resource comes in both formats, use whichever suits the way you revise.
Can I use my resources on my phone?
Yes. Quizlet works on phones, and for an .apkg file you'll need an Anki app that can import decks.
Can I share my download with a friend?
No. Downloads are for the person who bought them, so please don't share the files, links or emails.
I still can't access my purchase.
Get in touch with the email address you ordered with and the name of the product, and we'll sort it out.
