In order to claim please contact us with evidence (Please see below for acceptable forms of evidence

FOR STUDENTS:

• Any document from your school / college with your legal name demonstrating that you are entitled to free school meals / bursary
• Polar Quintile 1-4 with proof of address (Bank statement / utitly bill / school letter)
• Letter from a university that you have done an access program for (e.g. MAP, Oxford access programme etc)

FOR PARENTS / OLDER STUDENTS:

• you get Income Support or Universal Credit because you’re financially supporting yourself
• you get Disability Living Allowance (DLA) in your name and either Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or Universal Credit
• you get Personal Independence Payment (PIP) in your name and either ESA or Universal Credit

Please make sure you use your legal name in all purchases made to StemUp otherwise we will have terminate your discount code

We will only use your documents to determine your eligiblity for a discount, if you are eligble we will store your legal name and address in our records to ensure that you and only you are the one who is using the discount

We do not store any of the personal documents you provide to us however, we kindly ask that you hide any personal information (such as the value of money you receive) and only send relevant documents that we ask for
