Once you have downloaded the file, you will see it is a .zip file (a compressed folder containing your resources).
- On IOS/Android, open your device’s Files app, locate the zip file, and tap it to automatically extract the contents.
- On Mac, double-click the zip file and the folder will open automatically.
- On Windows, double-clicking usually extracts the file. If it does not, you may need to use a free unzipper tool (such as WinZip or 7-Zip) to access the contents.
Within the zip file, you will find a Quizlet import PDF that includes a shared classroom link to your product. Simply click the link and select “Join Classroom” to be added automatically. If access is not granted immediately, please contact our support team below with your Quizlet username, order number, and email address so we can assist you.
Some customers may occasionally experience issues with the Quizlet version of StemUp’s digital flashcards. Before contacting our support team, please try the following steps:
- Return to your original Quizlet link, click it again, and re-join the classroom.
- Delete, reinstall, and log back into the Quizlet app and/or website.
If you have completed these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reach out to our support team with your details, and we will be happy to assist you.
For the best experience, we recommend using Anki Desktop, as it is more reliable and straightforward compared to Quizlet.
To access your flashcards on Anki:
- Open the downloaded .zip file and locate the .apkg file.
- Double-click the .apkg file, and Anki will prompt you to import it directly into the application.
Once imported, your flashcards will be ready to use within Anki.
Most Anki issues can usually be resolved quickly by following these steps:
- Move your .apkg file from your downloads folder into your documents folder on your desktop.
- Delete Anki and reinstall the latest version (be sure to back up your current decks before doing this).
If the issue persists after trying the above, please contact our support team with your details, and we will be happy to assist you.
